We take pride in being a small office
which can provide personalized attention to the injured worker. We attempt to
maintain a network of attorneys in related specialties such as labor law, social
security, personal injury, family law and criminal law in order to be able to
serve the legal needs of our injured clients by providing appropriate referrals.
We think it is important for our clients to be informed about workers'
compensation law as well as what is going on in their case. We have a
comprehensive system of memos regarding various aspects of workers compensation
law in order to keep our clients informed in a general way as to how the
workers' compensation system works and what is to be expected in their case. We
provide our clients with copies of all documents signed by the client as well as
all medical reports and vocational rehabilitation reports so they know what is
going on in their case. My staff and I make it a point to attend workers'
compensation seminars to keep up with all new laws. We encourage our clients to
call with questions they may have about their case.
Our goal is to provide the best possible representation for injured workers in
all aspects of their workers' compensation case.

Jennnipher Orellana was born in Guatemala and has lived in
California since the age of five. She comes from a family of five
girls. She is the oldest. She has set a good example for her younger
siblings. She was an Advanced Placement student throughout high
school and got accepted to UC Berkeley. Fortunately for us, she
decided to stay close to home to study and work for a few years. She
is currently in her second year at Santa Monica College and expects
to transfer soon to a four year university.
She is fluent in Spanish. She helps our Spanish speaking clients
through the Workers' Compensation process. Her previous employment
includes waitress, caterer, and bank teller. She has been employed
in this office since May 2003. She is a pleasure to have around and
will do everything she can for our clients. |

Paola Orellana grew up in Los Angeles and is
only 1 1/2 years younger than her sister, Jennipher Orellana. She is
the second oldest. While growing up, she helped her family take care
of her handicapped sisters. She has started attending school while
working full time. She hopes to someday soon be a Registered Nurse
at a children's hospital so she can provide much needed care,
positive encouragement, and support to other handicapped/ill kids
and their families. For now, she is happy helping our clients
